Featured Comic Epitaph is a comic written by Kris and illustrated by Roberto, both members of the DHC staff. It has long been in the planning stages and finally made its debut last May. Epitaph tells the story of a future Earth, divided into halves: the Surface World, the land of the living, and the Underworld, the war-torn realm of the dead. For those in the Underworld, cause of death is as defining a characteristic as ethnicity or occupation. As a small band of freedom fighters deal with the ramifications of death, they discover that, much like their still beloved Planet Earth, they have long forgotten evils buried deep within. So as you may have noticed, we're (read I'm) working on a new layout for the DHU Index page, making it generally more useful and interesting. All of the lovely information that was originally on this page has been moved to the info page. Also, by the time you read this the featured comic and recently updated features may or may not be working. The recently updated will probably take a bit more time to complete, but overall we're looking at some exciting new changes in what should help contribute to a brand new DHC.
