I. OWNERSHIP
All images and characters are property of you, the artist, and will not be used for resale by DHC in any way without reaching a prior, mutual agreement.
II. COPYRIGHT LABELING
It is the responsibility of you, the artist, to label all images with the proper copyright information. DHC will not be held responsible, in any way, of stolen artwork by a third party.
III. LIMITED USE BY DHC
You agree that DHC has permission to use any of your produced images in a form of advertisement to promote DHC or DHU, in exchange for the free hosting services provided by DHU. If this use occurs, you will be given notification of it a week ahead of time. If there is any dissent, you are responsible to contact us so we can come to a settlement.
IV. LIABILITY
DHC will not be held responsible for any legal costs occurring as a result of the artist's creations. DHC takes the responsibility to delete, or disallow any content it feels will increase the risk of any such action.
V. TERMINATION
DHC holds the right to terminate your account, and remove all creative works, if any of these terms are not reached. With most cases, depending upon the severity of the violation, the artist will be given 1 week's notice before possible termination occurs. However, with extreme cases of content breaking any laws, DHC holds the right to immediately terminate account, without warning.
VI. READER RESPONSIBILITY
If you, the artist, have any disagreement, confusion, query, or any issue that requires clarification pertaining to these Terms of Service or the use of DHU as a whole, it is your responsibility to contact the DHC administrators directly in order to resolve the issue.
VII. AMMENDMENT
It is the responsibility of DHC to notify all DHU members of any changes or revisions to these Terms of Service. If and when ammendment occurs, it is the responsibility of the artist to adhere to these new rules, and revise any previous work that may be in violation of such changes.
VIII. ACTIVATION
These Terms of Service are in effect immediately upon the artist's registration with DHU and the acceptance of said terms. This agreement will remain in effect throughout the entire span of the artist's membership to DHU.
